FCI kennel of chihuahuas and dobermanns Tallinn, Estonia

Kennel Triangel Joy name was registered in 2008 and is based on the number of dogs we had at home at the time and their daily joy. My partner and I are both lawyers and work in that field every day. Dogs are more of a hobby to us, not a source of income.

From 2005 to the end of 2019 there have been 24 Chihuahua litters and 1 Doberman litter in our kennel. We bought our first Chihuahua, nicknamed Printsess, for our daughter Chrislen in 2005, and I took her to my first ever dog show. She is where my love for Chihuahuas started.

Our first Chihuahua litter was born in October 2007, among them our first bred champion. In addition to Chihuahuas we currently have two Dobermans at home. Chihuahuas and Dobermans get along great, we have not had any problems.

All our dogs are special in their own way and we love them all. The most special Chihuahua is Triangel Joy Diamond Chick, who put our kennel name on the map, so to speak. In 2011 she probably had more titles to her name than any other Chihuahua in the junior class in Europe.

For beginners it would be great to have an experienced breeder by their side to observe and learn from. Our mentor was Federica Depau, owner of kennel Sweet Indeed. We have learned so much from her and she has helped and guided me every step of the way.

My suggestion to all beginners is to listen to experienced breeders and be patient. If you work hard for your dreams, things will happen, when the time is right.
